Delivery of your items can take anywhere from three to eight full business days,
depending on your location and the shipping method you select at Checkout.
Most orders begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed.
Your item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved,
and the receiving address is verified. You will not be charged for any item until it is
shipped to you. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the
United States.
At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s).
Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order and the shipping method you select.
Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.
You will be provided with the total shipping cost for your order during Checkout.
If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after.
If your order was placed on Friday prior to 3:00pm PST, the order may be shipped the same day,
if not it will be shipped on Monday. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has
shipped.
Note: For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
Canada Customers: Brokerage fees, import tariffs, customs duties, customs clearance
fees and value added taxes, as well as other local taxes, may apply to international orders and
are assessed by customs authorities at the time of delivery. Gypsy05.com does not calculate these
fees at the time of order, and they are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Please inquire
with local customs authorities for more information regarding applicable fees. Return shipping costs
are the responsibility of the purchaser on all returned orders. Refunds will be for the merchandise
amount only. Gypsy05.com cannot refund any duties, taxes or fees paid on the order.

to fulfill orders for our international customers.
We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express with verifiable address.
Some credit card orders must be shipped to the cardholder's address. We also accept checks,
cashier's checks or money orders made payable to Gypsy05.Com. Personal checks must clear prior
to shipping. Please, do not send cash. Unlike most other online retailers, we do not charge
your credit card until your order ships!
Important: For your protection, we sometimes need to verify information retained by
the bank that issued your credit card. Validating this information could delay your order up
to 2 business days. If you are shipping to an alternate address, please call the bank that
issued the card and list that address on their records. This can help expedite the verification
process on your order. We appreciate your order and value your business. Thanks for your

We apologize but we can not accept credit card payments issued by foreign banks.
Sales Tax: State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in the state of California.
We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.
Unwashed, unworn, unused or defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days after purchase for an exchange or refund.
Merchandise received after 14 days will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Merchandise received after 30 days will only
be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit.
We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange
because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange
value is determined by the last retail price of the item.

to the store from which it was originally purchased, and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

Credit card refund please note: Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days. If there is a
refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. Please note that your banking
institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have
received the information from us.
We will not charge any amount to your credit card until the item actually ships.
You can cancel an order at any time prior to shipment, at no cost to you.
